A: Refunds are not offered. We are willing to accommodate requests such as rescheduling of dates and time slots if possible and based on availability. Please be sure to read the answer to the question “Can I reschedule if necessary?”
A: Certainly! Recognizing the demands of running a business and unexpected life moments, you can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance to find an alternative slot that aligns with your needs. Any reschedules and cancellations after that time frame may incur “late rebooking” fees which will be due prior to the session.
